"10 out of 10 recommend this place it is great for younger kids. My kids range from 5 to 12 years old and they had a ball we checked out at 11 but still had full access to the resort until 3"

"The staff here is fabulous, very friendly and always willing to answer a question or offer assistance. I was impressed with the security and how they handled situations quietly and efficiently. The hotel has two pools that were clean and well maintained. I loved how close this hotel was to everything. We stayed in a pool side suite which was very spacious. The only thing I would have changed is I would have requested not to be on floor two. Our balcony was literally on the pool deck and was unusable during pool hours. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel."

"This was the second time we stayed at Crystal Beach and loved it! We decided to make it the hotel we will always book when in O C! Everyone was nice and helpful. Loved the pool with the bar and food options . Beds were comfortable, room was a good size and bathroom was huge! We didn’t use the second pool on the boardwalk this time but did the last time and it was really nice too. We look forward to staying there again on our next vacation!"

"Excellent family friendly location with beach access. As far as I know this is the only hotel in ocean city that still has a diving board, which is cool. A little distance( about 2.3 mi from boardwalk, but we knew that. Great prices, polite and very helpful, friendly staff. Couldnt have been better."
