「I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned when I arrived — it felt unhygienic and clearly not maintained to acceptable standards. The staff was not helpful at all. When I raised concerns, they showed little interest and made no real effort to fix anything or improve my stay. There was a TV in the room, but no remote for the entire two days I stayed there, and the staff was unable to provide one. On top of that, the Wi-Fi password did not work,...

「I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean. On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...

「Horrible service, the pictures on Expedia look nothing like the room. Room is very dirty!!! Absolutely gross. Smells extremely bad from mold and unsanitary. The fridge is rusty and dirty. Black stains all over the beds. Blood stains. Bugs all over the floors. Extremely bad. I have photos to show this. Very unhappy. No lock on front door .」

「Great place! Loved the location. AC wasn’t working but the owner and property manager tried very hard to resolve the issue. Communication was great during our stay and the house was clean and exactly how it’s listed. I would absolutely recommend this place and will book again in the future!」
