Large and very clean room. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The jacuzzi tub was huge and we enjoyed that! It’s in west OC which is a little inconvenient but not far overall.

Room that I reserved and payed for included Jacuzzi and fireplace but at check in they gave me a regular room without both. I went back to front desk only to be told those rooms were sold out and there was nothing they could do. I checked online and saw a room with a Jacuzzi and when I questioned them they agreed to change my room. Then when I went to the room it was very dirty. Hair all over the bathroom floor, the floor was dirty and the bedside table tops were dirty.
