「We were in town for the music festival and were very happy with our stay here. A beautiful, clean smelling lobby and friendly helpful staff was a nice start. We had a 2 queen oceanfront room and it was beautiful with comfortable beds and I loved the shower head and stunning view from the balcony. 「Once you arrive you are charged and additional premium fee as a security deposit. Why is this not included when you pay online? and they want cash? Then they say it will be refunded as soon as you check out. I am finding out that they don't do that either. Very unhappy with the front desk. 」
