Hotel was convenient on the boardwalk. Unfortunately this hotel was not the best. Some staff was great and others not too friendly. Our room was newly renovated but the wall paper fell, the bathroom sink board was broken and we had no soap in the bathroom to wash ourselves (thankfully we brought our own). Parking was miserable, we had to walk 2 blocks to get to the extended parking lot that was not on property, unless we were lucky to get the one on site (which we were not). With all the negatives I would stay here again if needed but honestly I may go elsewhere especially for the price.

Loved the hotel itself and the amenities. Have to ask for room service which we didn’t know at first and rooms are very basic and not up to date which we spent most of our time out anyways. Overall we had a good experience here and would stay again.

I am extremely disappointed with our stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, we’ve encountered multiple issues that have made this experience frustrating and uncomfortable. To begin with, a large trash bags were left in the hallway at our door when we checked in — and it remained there well after. The bathroom makes such loud noises that it causes the floor to vibrate, which is incredibly disruptive. On top of that, the bathtub doesn't drain properly unless we prop it open with a towel, which is both inconvenient and unsanitary. This stay has been far below our expectations, and certainly not the relaxing experience we hoped for. Will NEVER stay here again!

Average stay. Price was a little expensive for what you get. Bed wasnt made the entire stay. We had to ask for clean sheets, they brought to the room but didnt make the bed. Bathroom was extremely tight. The toilet was so close to the tub there was no leg room. And im not a very tall person. Rooms and hotel definitely need an upgrade. The cleanliness was good. We had a very nice front desk man on check in. Very friendly and helpful. Then we had a different front desk lady who was not friendly or helpful at all when we had to come down and ask for clean towels and sheets because house keeping didnt come. Parking lot is a few blocks away which wasnt ideal, but not a big deal. All in all average stay, good facilities and location, not great service.

Love staying here but the beds do sleep terrible so if you’re there for sleep, may not be the place for you. But the location is amazing right on the beach love the coffee shop on the front porch. I will stay here again, but I am sure my back will hurt when I leave. The beds are terrible.

Loved the pool & hottubs. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were outdated. But overall,enjoyed the stay.

This was a disgusting place to stay. Everything was so filthy, nothing was clean, the floors were nasty, refrigerator was disgusting, the bedding was horrible, doors didn’t even fit the frame, stains and filth were everywhere, the bathroom had pee and poop stains, the furniture wasn’t wiped down, everything was extremely dated, the outside pool area smelled like poop.
