「Room was very nice and spacious. Even on the side room at the front of the building you can still see the ocean from your balcony」

「The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.」

「Room listings state they have curtains and they did not, rooms were very bright overnight. Pool needs rules better enforced. Two kids went underwater at no fault of anyone but neglectful parents that should have been physically in the pool with their young toddlers. Other families had to help rescue kids at no fault of the lifeguard but the rules definitely need to be enforced much better. 」

「Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of children there. Our room was on the first floor facing the atrium. So a few of our perks were getting to listen to the children in the pool and the child above us having a river dance competition for a minimum of 5 hours at night time with an encore before 7am.」

「I got checked into a one double bed when i needed two beds. The guy at the desk was super helpful and within minutes i got a new roo. Which was a two bedroom suit. 」

「I can’t say enough about the staff at the Castle in the Sand. We had to move from another unrelated hotel in the area after a very poor experience and everyone we dealt with was so helpful. 」

「The lobby staff was great! The room was dirty, hasn't been dusted in forever and the floor was dirty. They give you dish soap but no dish rag. No utensils. The beach view was great. Something new is they charge for parking.」
