"Property was in a great location. Check in and check out was easy. Having a hot tub and deck with table and chairs was nice. Unit was clean with an exception of the floors. I can understand it being a little sandy because of being at the beach, but there were tortilla chips in several areas of the floor. "

"I can’t say enough positive things about all the staff. They are all well manner and courteous. I was top floor oceanfront at my request with balcony. Peaceful quiet. The maintenance man Edward even fixed my walker and refused to take a tip. The only thing I would definitely suggest is a cabana boy for second building pool. Loved will visit again. "

"Stayed at this hotel with my dog for a couple days in Ocean City Maryland. What I really loved is that the property is really dog friendly, there’s a lil potty station next to the property. Check-in was quick and easy with friendly employees. We were right on the boardwalk at 23rd st but it’s a very quiet area. We were just steps from my room to the boardwalk & the beach. The hotel is renovated & clean. The pool area were really nice. My family stayed at another hotel on 18th at and it was a quick walk (boardwalk or street) for us. "

"I stayed at the Hyatt Place Ocean Block building with family. The location to the boardwalk and beach was perfect, right across the street! The staff was very friendly and courteous, the suite was clean and had all the necessary amenities to accomodate a family of 4 and a baby. I would definitely stay at the Hyatt again and would recommend it!"
