"I have no complaints at all the rooms was clean, the staff was excellent, kind and helpful, breakfast was over the top it was great I mean it what is was like eating out in a hi end restaurant, the owner really took it to another level in his interacting, parking was great. "Everything you might need, they have on site. Was very disappointed that as a guest, you had to pay for parking each day. First time ever, in going to OC for 60 years. Beds/pillows not comfortable."
"Ocean view, free parking and clean room upon arrival. People there were great. Great place to stay with a pet. First floor was extremely convenient with our small dog as we could walk right out the back patio with her onto the grassy area. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the busy area on the boardwalk which was nice for us but if that’s your goal, it’s quite a hike to the amusement area, etc…iii On the other hand the rooms are tiny (280 sq ft as I recall), with only double beds available which is cramped with two adults. Surprisingly the efficiency wasn’t any larger, it just had a microwave and toaster oven and some dinnerware, cups, etc. but there’s no real place to sit. With the two double beds and the sofa bed they say the room holds up to six people. I just can’t imagine being in such a small place with more than the two of us."
