「Checked in and found a clogged drain in the bathtub and the door sweep was worn away. We went to the front desk to let them know and are very pleased to say it was fixed within a few hours! The air conditioner was quiet and worked very well. There was a sparse amount of silverware in the drawer which I blame past tenants, otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again.」

「Nice hotel. Clean. Parking is 20.00 a day. OC is now charging resort style rates without resort services. Chairs and umbrellas, shuttles, towels at the pool, etc...all provided by resorts. The resturant was ok. Waited over 30 minutes for a coffee. It was also $$$ but it was home made pastry. The pool is nice. It is in the back by the highway. No snack bar, no towels. TIP: there are no places to hang wet beach/pool apparel. I bring plastic skirt hangers to hand my wet towels and bathing suits, as...

It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate.
