We stayed in the Promenade and it was perfect with kids. The kids were able to go right out to the deck and sit in the chairs and watch the ocean. The room was clean, the staff was great with getting us extra towels, anything that we needed. I will be staying here again.

From the front desk to the room, our last minute overnight stay was a good experience. We had the perfact view of the ocean from the 7th floor such that we could watch the dolphins swim. I have been to other spots on the boardwalk but this is by far my favorite and will definitely book again. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also a reason to stay. The food is fresh and delicious.

We had an amazing stay! I have nothing but positive things to say. They were so extremely accommodating and every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful! My son ended up ill, and they sent up gifts to help him feel better with a lovely card. They then continued to check on him. We will stay here every summer going forward and we can't wait to return next year! We started in a double queen oceanfront room. The last night of our stay we tried out the cabana suite! Both rooms were lovely, but we really did love the cabana suite!

the room was spacious and comfortable, cleanliness was good but not the best. staff was friendly. great location. the food offered at the attached cafe was good but quite pricey, to be expected at a touristy area. i liked that the hotel was pet friendly, but no designated park or area to have your pet roam or play, which is a bummer. my family and i do plan to stay here again due to the convenience.

The staff was welcoming but had a bit of a wait for our room. The room seemed clean but upon arrival but when we placed our suitcases down and started looking around it was sandy. But I guess that’s perks of being this close to the beach. The view was amazing the boardwalk and the beach. The outdoor pool was great but then they lacked in telling us it wasn’t up to standard and had tests done but then close the pool. All in all I give it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
