We stayed in apartment 4. There was no curtain on the front door. You could see right into the apartment. I hung a fitted sheet there. The television was screwed to a table that was too small for it so so it fell and broke when I bumped into the table I purchased a new television tried to communicate with a property about the situation and they were very unreasonable. I kept saying oh my goodness, you broke the TV. There was a smell in the apartment overall very disappointed, especially for the price.

The unit was outdated, small, and had mismatched and old furniture. The shower in one of our bathrooms wouldn’t drain. The oven did not work. There was only one television. Concerns couldn’t be communicated because the staff hardly spoke English (although they were very nice). The unit was in a really nice location - 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. We liked the outside showers.

Terrible

We had no working air conditioner upon check in, I went to the office and made them aware..next day had to complain again. They sent a maintenance man up who did nothing. So another guy came up at almost 11pm!!! He claimed it was going to work, still temperature kept rising. Complained to desk again and she still would not give me contact information for a manager. We got a working air conditioner the morning of our check out! There’s no communication, not enough pillows and the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable

Close to boardwalk was a plus. . Carpet was disgusting. The porch could use a good power wash. Neighbors below & around corner smoking weed all day & night. A tv in each room would be a great upgrade. Rarely ant hot water to shower. Wifi was a disappointment. The toilet handle was broken. For what we paid, those problems shouldn't exist.

Loved our stay at this property. Very friendly staff. The apartment was actually bigger than I expected. It was quiet and only a 1 block walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!
