「Honestly I had a good time here. No complaints. The staff was lovely. So kind and sweet and helpful. Also very attentive. They were fast and efficient. The place was clean and smelled very nice. The area was spacious. The AC was great, it got cold super fast. I loved it. The location is in the heart of everything yet secluded and I liked that. The water outside is warm so you can get in even if it’s a bit nippy. My 9 year old also loved his stay. 」

「The apartment was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The air conditioning was adjustable for each bedroom and living room, which was great!!! I really enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the balcony and you could hear the waves crashing in the shore. The area is very walkable and it is literally right across the street from the beach. There were two different restaurants and a supermarket within a couple blocks and more about a 1/2 mile down the beach...

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「I traveled with a group of 21 including myself. When we arrived we had to wait til 4 for check-in so we were able to take a look around. The rooms are nice but needing some updating and some furniture items need replacing. The sofabed in my room was stuck out all weekend which ruined me having my group being in my room to celebrate my bday where all my decorations where put up because they dont allow you to decorate inside of the hotel unless you book an event space.
