「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「The ocean view is outstanding, offering a truly unique overlooking perspective of the beach. However, the overall experience was fairly average, and the breakfast selection was not very extensive. 」

「La recepción fatal, el mal olor cuando entras al hotel, el trato a los clientes fatal. Housekiping hay que estar avisando para que valla a limpiar la habitación. Reserve para visitar al mar, y me dieron otra habitación. Le doy un 5/10」

「Clean and spacious room, excellent staff」

「This was my 2nd stay at this property, the rooms really need to be updated, 1 of our rooms had a very damp feel & smell, they offered to come & freshen up the room, but it seemed to be more of a HVAC issue, there was also a completely rusted lamp in one room. The staff is incredible & the ocean view is incredible. The pool areas are great for all ages, as well as convenient beach access. I would recommend, just be prepared for a room that could use some updates. 」
