Room very clean, comfortable bed with clean and iron sheets, bathroom good, everything very nice, it has a good location but there is a construction going on right now, they are building the line that is going directly to the Florence airport, so very good for them.」

「This property nice with kitchenette and plenty of space. It’s very clean and provided good toiletries. Keep in mind there’s no hair conditioner or iron which would have been helpful for us. However if you’re planning to do a lot of activities in city center and utilize the train station, the location is not convenient. It’s a 20 minute walk to Duomo and 30 minute walk to the train station. We spent more money on transport due to this. The staff were fantastic to work with, very responsive.」

「The receptionist is very helpful and polite. The room is exactly same as photo. You can see the Duomo. Not much food selection in their snack bar but you can still buy the pastry within 3 mins walking. Safe for solo trip. 」

「I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. 「This home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The area was quiet and there's a nice grocery store within walking distance. However, it was quite difficult to find the house when we first arrived and communication was difficult - we had to call more than once to finally talk to someone to allow us entrance. Putting the address in GoogleMaps is not helpful, as it takes you to the wrong building. It is also not in a good location if you plan to travel to Florence's central - no Uber/Lyft/taxi was...
