「Booked this place for 3 nights as it had parking which was the only good thing about it but still came at a cost on top of the overpriced cost for the room. The reception smelt, the guy on reception was monotone and looked like he wanted to be there less than we did. Taken to our room and was very dated and smelt worse than the reception so we checked out within 10 minutes of our arrival. Considering the price there is alot of other options around that would be better. We realised we may not get...

「Taking over 1 hour to check-in and another 1 hour to check out. A waste of time there. Double confirmed with the front desk to check out at 8am, but finally the check out was done until 9am. Small hotel with difficulty to find the place. Would never recommend to anybody.」

「The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The common areas and the room were very clean. It's a great place to stay if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the historic center...you get more of a "local feel." That worked well for us, but it may not be for everyone. We would stay here again.」

「Amazing hotel and amazing staff. We had the standard loft with a hot tub inside our bedroom! Loved it. Even though the reception is only open 9am-5pm, the hotel staff were very good at communicating with us through WhatsApp even when outside of these hours. The hotel feels very private. Love love love.」

「Clean and a really good standard. Ambra was amazing, helpful and very patient with my pidgin Italian. Really nice shower, nice quiet residential area with some good eating places nearby. Definitely stay here again. Thank you Ambra (and Fabio)」

「The receptionist is very helpful and polite. The room is exactly same as photo. You can see the Duomo. Not much food selection in their snack bar but you can still buy the pastry within 3 mins walking. Safe for solo trip. 」

「This guest house is very nice and close to cafes and restaurants. It's also a nice walk to the center of town where the tourist attractions are. This place however is not conducive to people with limited mobility as the rooms are on the third floor. There's no elevator for.guest, only for luggage.」
