「The property was clean and charming, with a cozy, homey feel and a great location.」

「Excellent location bit a bit noisy at night.」

「Great location, safe and clean.」

「This home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The area was quiet and there's a nice grocery store within walking distance. However, it was quite difficult to find the house when we first arrived and communication was difficult - we had to call more than once to finally talk to someone to allow us entrance. Putting the address in GoogleMaps is not helpful, as it takes you to the wrong building. It is also not in a good location if you plan to travel to Florence's central - no Uber/Lyft/taxi was...

「Had some issues with hot water and not being aware we had turn it on . Good effective communication regarding this though. Floors were dirty and layer of dust on some items. For the price it was grand」

「WI-FI service was down for 2 days and the air conditioner is not cool enough」
