Despite the high price, this hotel exceeded my already quite high expectations. The hotel itself is incredibly well kept, the facilities are maintained at a very high standard and I was impressed with the attentiveness of all staff. The concierge service made booking tables at restaurants very easy and getting around Florence was made seamless by the recommendations and helpfulness of the staff. The pool is amazing and the breakfast was perfect. Could not fault it. The drinks and service was top notch and I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and I will definitely look to return here in the future.

Lovely hotel, room was comfortable with all amenities you could need. The spa was very nice and a little getaway inside Florence. We were able to book the Spa and have it for ourselves even in the middle of summer. Breakfast and pool are great. We opted to use the bikes they provide to get to town, the hotel is right on a bike path and it is a straight shot to get to the city center. Great location but still far enough that it is quiet, and we had wonderful little sunset bike rides into town by the river. Highly recommend the staff are wonderful.

This was our favorite hotel in Italy! We absolutely loved our stay. The breakfast was incredible, the room service is prompt, the showers were amazing and having a pool in the middle of summer as an option after a long day of exploring was incredible! HIGHLY recommend!

Great 3 night stay, small boutique hotel with a lovely pool. Shuttle service was useful as about a 40 min walk into town so saved a couple of trips but easy to walk into town too. Staff really helpful. Took big. Bed and pillows very comfortable

This is a great hotel for a stay near a city. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Breakfast was well thought out but we feel that the general menu for lunch and dinner needs improvement. The quality of the food we ate there was good though. The gym was lacking, very small. The pool area was a bonus, didn’t struggle to get a sun lounger, would have liked more staff presence here for a five star hotel. We heard that they were short of staff members due to long term illness though. Overall a good experience. The WhatsApp messaging service worked really well for booking gym, shuttle service (a great bonus for the location of hotel).

Fantastic hotel and great staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a little concerned when we saw the amount of construction around the location of the hotel but it didn’t really affect us at all . The reception staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The walk into Florence is around 35 minutes at a decent pace, thankfully there is a hotel shuttle that runs until early evening so if dining out past 8PM you’ll need a taxi at around €25 . You’ll need to download some taxi apps in advance as you can’t just grab one in the centre of Florence . Great Hotel and the guests are a good mix of really decent people.

My sister & I loved the hotel ,all the staff and wonderful breakfast. Possibly the best cups of coffee ever ! A few niggles. The pool area is beautifully designed, however it is unfortunate the busy main road is right behind therefore it’s quite noisy. The location is on a busy road so there are no near restaurants or shops you can walk to. However the hotel’s shuttle bus into central Florence is great and regular. It would have helped to have known in advance that the hotel plugs are different to most European ones So the ones we bought to charge phones etc were useless. Lastly if you don’t like hoards of tourists constantly in your face ,late May ,early June should be avoided.

Caring staff, great location, relaxing resort. Location made it easy to take our time by the pool in the morning, but still had a short trip to city center.

Great customer service, rooms are big and clean. We absolutely loved the food at breakfast and at their restaurant for dinner. Very friendly staff and convenient shuttles to the city center. Highly recommend!
