「We arrived at night. There was no toilet paper in the room. The frame of the painting in the room was broken, and the light in the bathroom was also broken. The hotel staff was very impatient. Moreover, there was no parking space as promised, so we had to park on the street. The room faces the street, so it's very noisy. The whole experience was really bad.」
