「I stayed 3nights at the Proper Hotel in Santa Monica. 2days , the house keeping didn’t clean the room. I was a little disappointed with it. 」

「There is no free parking. They’ll tell you that you can “park for free daily for $62”. Both the valet and the desk attendant said the same thing. Parking is permit all to the west ($250 fine) and metered everywhere. Best bet is to park in the lot a few blocks north. Be careful there if you park overnight to not park in a 3 hour spot.
