"Clean rooms and good customer service "

"The first night we stayed, everything was fine. On the second night, the radiator was knocking so loud that it sounded like someone was hitting it with a wrench. This happened multiple times an hour all night. We called the front desk and his response was "I can bring you some ear plugs." When I spoke with the desk manager in the morning about it, his response was "I can't do anything about it." I would not stay here again."

"Great location for Lincoln Center. Easy time pulling up and having car valet parked. We want to give a shout out to Jean who took care of our car and bags. Amazing customer service with genuine care. "

"Tiny even for NYC standards. Had to put luggage in the bathroom. The staff was so noisy at all hours. The elevator takes forever. They don’t even offer coffee in the lobby in the morning. Literally nothing good to say "
