"We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Hilton Club W 57th Street in NYC. It was centrally located to all we were there to do and see, which added to the great time we spent in NYC. "

Hyatt Grand Central New York
10/10 Excellent
"Great place to stay and my family loves it
Close to subway and right next to Grand Central Station "
"Love this hotel. Ask for a room that faces the interior courtyard on a high floor if you want to avoid street noise (there is a fire station across the street). The AC is the best on the UWS. Neighborhood is walkable and people at the hotel are friendly. Love to order Serafina and get it delivered to the room. Rooms can be small but those with two queens are larger. I’ll be staying here again in the fall."
"The check-in was horrible. We are a family of 6 with 3 kids and we had to wait for 1 hour in the lobby to get checked in. We were told to sit and wait that someone will come get us. We were sitting and waiting; freezing ( the lobby is so cold) and no one communicated with us. After 1:15 minutes of sitting, I went to the front desk to check the status and the young lady said "oh your room is ready! sorry " while we all were sitting in front of the lobby with restless 2 years old kid. Horrible! once we went to our room, it was great room and perfect location! "
