"We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Hilton Club W 57th Street in NYC. It was centrally located to all we were there to do and see, which added to the great time we spent in NYC. "

"Always excellent service. The staff responded to requests quickly and courteously. Be aware that rooms below floor 12 which are listed as "park view" will only give you views of the trees on 59th street. Maintenence can be spotty, as the seals on the windows in my room were loose and the latches to close them were not able to operate properly. Proximity to MTA and the park is unequaled in the city and well worth staying here."
"This was our second year in a row we’ve come there.and the staff was awesome as always..our guy whose been there 18 years is the reason we came back and will again "
"If location is everything, this hotel is winning. Nestled just next to the 57th Street Subway, it's like having a magic portal to the rest of NYC—Broadway, Central Park, Brooklyn bagels—all within one ride.
The room? A spacious little haven and spotlessly cleaned each day. It was like returning to a fresh slice of calm after the city’s chaos. Only bummer? No morning gown! I didn’t ask the front desk, so maybe it was a secret perk for the bold.
Now, for the one real twist in the story—no bar. Not even a quiet lounge to sip a pre-dinner drink while waiting for your slowpoke travel mates. A missed opportunity, really. A hotel cocktail moment can be pure New York romance.
Overall, it’s a great base for your city escapades—comfortable, clean, and in the heart of it all. Maybe scout out a nearby speakeasy for your nightcap."
