Room was small with lots of missimg attention to details On a positive note, if youre into the whole Times Square too many people vibe its right in your wheelhouse. I’ll look elsewhere next time. "Definitely a bare bones hotel. Room was clean and location is perfect for guests seeing a show on Broadway. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Heads up the bag check situation is a little different. There’s no tagging. You just put your bags in a room and it’s kind of the honor system. I did not love that. "

"We came during Thanksgiving, and the staff were completely overwhelmed. Long waits to talk to anyone, and when you did reach them the staff was understandably tired and surly. The location is ideal, but perhaps try them when it’s not so busy. "
