「Beware of the hidden fees that they claim to tell you about but they don’t mention until you’re checking out. It’s $32 a night for taxes on top of what you’ve already paid. Also there was only hot water 2 of our 5 days staying here. It just didn’t get warm no matter what we did. The room is obviously small (it’s NY) but the queen bed was up against the wall so I had to climb over to get into bed and there was no power on that side so that was annoying. There’s barely any room for anything so...

「A small cozy boutique hotel that ticks all the boxes of convenience, comfort and cleanliness. Although the room was small but it was very comfortable. I was surprised to find it so quiet at night even though we were right in the middle of Times Square! Both my son and I slept very well in the 5 nights we were there. The breakfast was also delicious and the restaurant is really gorgeous. The only negative thing I could think of is the so-called front desk. The staff is constantly on their phone...
