Families gather on the wide, golden sands of Lido Beach for swimming, sunbathing, and volleyball tournaments during summer months. Rent a beach chair or bring a picnic to enjoy the boardwalk, where local food vendors serve fresh seafood and Italian ices.
Loved the breakfast. Large selection of food. Customer service was excellent, very attentive. Every inch was very clean. Enjoyed coffee around the clock and cookies in the evening.

This hotel is my go to when traveling in the JFK area, staff has always friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveler, coming in sometimes late at night I feel safe in this area and will continue to use this location for future travel needs.

When we first got inside to the hotel room my boyfriend noticed a pet urine smell. It then became increasingly stronger the odor to the point where we couldn’t stay & asked to be put into a different room.

While the lower lobby and rooms felt a bit dated (which is odd considering this is a relatively new hotel), the location can't be beat. In addition, the staff was very friendly. Only complaint is the $50 resort fee which is supposed to include beach access, lounge chairs and towels. However, the beach is free for anyone after Labor Day and chairs aren't available at the end of September as the beach season is over. So basically $50 resort fee for beach towels?

Our business trip was amazing here! Marco ( Food & Beverages Manager) was so courteous and really took care of us gals. All the staff was pleasant.
Only critique is heavier blankets for the winter. Overall, excellent.

It’s very close to JFK and reserving the shuttle was easy. Staff were helpful and kind. Next time we have a morning flight out of JFK we’d stay there again. It was exactly what we needed before our flight.
