"I’m vegan they didn’t have any which was a disappointment. Also need to have front desk knowledgeable about deliver food options when you have a late night check in. Would be nice if they had some recommendations for people who are international and aren’t familiar with area. Our room did not have a remote and when we received one upon request it did not work. Would be nice if roomed had a microwave."

"The front desk staff were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Water filter machine downstairs was great, microwaves for use. Super easy walk to the subway station. Food options abound in the neighborhood."
