"My only complaint was the iron that had black scorch marks on it and the water leaked out from the lower holes on the iron plate. I had even called ahead to make sure our room had iron/board…our mini fridge also had a strong unpleasant odor. Other than those two issues room was clean, staff was most helpful and the breakfast was decent with many options. Thank you for providing us with a pleasant stay as our daughter graduated from University at Nassau Coliseum. Location was perfect!👌 Enjoyed our stay, will be back."

"Good breakfast. Limited parking in front of hotel, need to enter through the back for more parking. Breakfast was good, real NY bagels not packaged. One elevator was broken fir the length of our stay. All in all worth the cost."

"Nice hotel. Was affordable for our stay dates (May 2026) just be aware.There is no elevator as this is an older property. In the first floor is actually up a flight of stairs.So you need to be able to climb stairs to get to your room. We had a king's size bed.That was very comfortable. The rooms are small.The bathroom is small but very functional and perfectly clean."

"the room ...#109 was clean for most part but toilet seat was very very used and discolored should be replaced and very sketchy neighborhood i worried about my vehicle being vandalized or even stolen but on a high note... the Bolla Convenience gas shop car wash across parking lot give good car washes !!! very affordable "

"This place is a pure dump. From the outside the property looks decent but its not until you go inside where it shows its true colours. The hotel manager does not seem to care but just interested in collecting your money and after that its pretty much up to you. The rooms were dingy, floors need to be mopped a lot of dirt on the walls. TV was functioning properly but the AC unit was loud a noisy. Toilet did not function properly, plenty of mold and mildew in the tub and shower. Glad I was only 2 nights but would find something better and cleaner even if I have to pay a little extra."
