"Needed a quick night stay convenient to a friend's home orveould not have chosen Hampton Inn. The staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awful, even by Hampton Inn standards. Coffee was so weak you could read through it. All carbs tasted a day or two old. Hot food was microwaved to rubber. This is in the Garden District in New Orleans for goodness sake. Take some pride in the food you serve."
