"This is an older hotel with lots of history. The Phone Bar was excellent. The Buenos Dias restaurant was excellent. The staff who seemed to be security were not always friendly. The room was clean and large but bed was too firm. Great location in the Zona Rosa and walkable to many sites. "

"Excellent hotel in the Condessa neighborhood. Nice room and very nice/helpful staff. The building itself has some beautiful touches, including tiled hallways. Apparently it was an apartment building at one time. We had a friendly greeting and were offered a welcome drink at the convenient bar downstairs. Daily breakfast was very good and served at a beautiful terrace on the roof. The breakfast attendant (his name was Memmo I believe?) was extremely attentive and a pleasure to greet each morning. The neighborhood is fabulous. There is a beautiful lush park at the corner and we were close to many restaurants and bars. We felt perfectly safe walking late night in the area. The room had high ceilings, cable TV and some many amenities. The only (minor) complaint is that there is no elevator. Maybe i missed that in the description. Not a deal breaker by any means but it is a bit of a chore going up 4-5 flights after a day of sightseeing if you are on one of the top floors. The cost of the room was very inexpensive compared to comparable hotels. Overall, highly recommended. I am sure we will return."
