We loved Hotel Dama. The area was perfect. The hotel staff is very accommodating with anything one needs. Housekeeping was terrific. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are small as is the case with any large city. The balcony and bathroom were lovely. The bed was very, very comfortable! I loved it. And the rain shower was also great after a full day of exploration.

We traveled with an infant. They helped us carry the stroller up and and the few steps we needed to get to the elevator. It is CDMX after all. The breakfast was included which was such a nice treat. They opened at 7am we went everyday. Everything was delicious. The bathroom and everything was extremely spacious. We cannot wait to go back.

Real value for money. A charming small hotel, with quality linens, a nice breakfast on the roof (with a view of the neighborhood) included in the price, and a friendly staff. On a quiet tree-lined street but close to the park and just a few blocks from a key metro line. Lots of good food with blocks.

This is a fabulous hotel. I can not recommend it enough—beautiful, large rooms, great bathrooms with a large glassed-in shower. I had a small balcony, which was lovely and very quiet. The rooftop care/bar was perfect.

Great room, great location! Could offer a few more amenities - bottled water wasn’t included in our stay beyond the first day, and they didn’t have scales to weigh out luggage. Bathroom products were very nice though, and the staff were lovely!

Beautiful Cozy Hotel

Hotel Dama is a beautiful, modern cozy hotel that has excellent service, delicious breakfast and drinks plus a very comfortable bed. The hotel is a hidden gem that is close to attractions while staying off busy streets. Hotel includes breakfast and is reasonably priced place.

This is a very beautiful, simply-appointed, well-maintained hotel that was comfortable and safe, but after a great start, they really messed up the end of my stay. Pros: *Discrete, safe property in a great location with keyed entry *Beautiful rooms, although minimal in decor and amenities *Comfortable queen size beds, which is a rare find in CDMX *The breakfast is on a very beautiful terrace and the freshly made juice and fruit were delicious Cons: *There are very few amenities at this property beyond the free breakfast, which is good, but the pastries and bread are essentially stale and hard every day because they aren't fresh *We received our room without the stated "free" Nespresso pods for our first night (More on this later) and without the mentioned mini-fridge *In-room safe wasn't working *No toiletries in our room, which we didn't even know we were missing until we had our cleaning *Marble floors, with glass products all throughout the room, and bathroom (recipe for disaster if a bottle falls in the shower) *Shower is situated in a way that the bathroom floor floods The worst part is they charged me, essentially accusing me of stealing the Nespresso pods that were never present in my room. They didn't ask me, just made the charge based on housekeeping telling them I took them (hmmm??). This was such a bad ending to a stay that was very expensive, and very tacky on their part. Almost $2K to be accused of stealing coffee pods. Beware!

Dama was an amazing hotel situated in a super-convenient location. The rooms are beautiful and the bed was perfectly comfortable. Every single member of the staff was friendly and welcoming and always ready to help answer any questions regarding the city. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in Mexico City

Fantastic hotel in a great location. I would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Mexico City.we stayed for 2 nights at the beginning and end of our trip to Mexico. It’s very easy to walk around the lovely neighbourhoods of Condesa and Roma Norte from here, after a lovely breakfast on the roof terrace. The staff were excellent,. Maria was very welcoming on reception and always helpful and friendly. Would love to visit again soon
