You can't beat this location with the lush tree lined streets and plenty of dining options all around you. The building has a beautiful exterior, renovated by a renowned architect but the lack of air conditioning in the rooms and housekeeping only once per week impacted our stay. I knew about the a/c and thought I could be ok since we traveled in December and we were. I did not feel hot at any time BUT, the rooms smelled of mildew. My allergies were out of control and my room was switched to a better one but every time we came back to the room, the smell was there. We would leave the sliding glass door open for ventilation but then you would hear the dogs barking all day (it's in front of a dog park) and the noise from the nearby restaurants. Overall, the building is beautiful, I just wished that they had added the air conditioning during the renovation. I can't imagine it in the summer... I also didn't like that the room was only cleaned once per week. With the lack of ventilation, the towels should at least be changed daily, they never really dried after each use. Would I return? No, I realized that I need the A/C and hotel services but I can see why it would work well for others that need a full working kitchen and more space or have a dog (they will be in heaven here 😀)

Great location and right above a lovely restaurant in Parque de Mexico. Gym on the rooftop could have been equipped with more machines and the complimentary washing machine didn’t really do much to the non sports clothes, but we really enjoyed this accommodation due to its location in Condessa.

Room was fantastic, comfortable and clean, staff was great, location was perfect. Walls are thin but we only shared one wall and they were mostly quiet. Note that if you stay on the first floor, you are directly above restaurants/bars that are lively and loud till midnight so best for those who like to stay out late exploring.

The unit was perfectly clean and the location can’t be beat! The 2 restaurants downstairs are great as well. And the staff were very helpful and attentive. However, they really need to install air conditioning in the units, as my unit was quite warm and humid all the time (6th floor). Opening the patio door helps somewhat, but then you have to deal with the street noise and air pollution coming into the room all the time.

The location is perfect. A very walkable neighborhood. The apartment itself was okay for one night, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay. The studio I rented (#203) has an awkward layout. The closet is right next to the kitchen counter, near the living area couch (away from the bed and bath area) and consist of a shelf or two and a rack for hanging clothes 3 feet or so from the floor. Large shower was separate from the toilet and sink but no hot water there. And no place to hang towels. Luckily, there was hot water from the faucet over the bathroom sink. I doubt I'll stay here again. Yes. It's a studio. But it was fairly large and sadly, very poorly laid out.

This is a great boutique hotel. The rooms are really nice, but it is interesting. It didn’t have any air-conditioning which really didn’t matter downstairs. Had a great restaurant, the neighborhood is very good and walkable. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best locations in CDMX across from my favorite breakfast spot Maque. Only caution is there is no A/C but open the balcony door and enjoy the breeze. Let the music pour in from the surrounding restaurant and bar. If you like strolling through a park and enjoying your coffee this is the perfect setup.
