「This was easily my favorite stay while in CDMX. The home/lobby area was so beautifully designed, decorated, and spotlessly clean. The center garden area was lush, immaculately tended to, and so peaceful. Getting to enjoy my morning coffee from the balcony looking out at it was so relaxing. 「Clean, quiet and delightful hotel! Breakfast is delicious and made to order. There are a lot of nooks and places to relax with wine and cheese from the European market next door after a long day of exploring. The location is great and very walkable to reforma, museums and parks. The bed is firm but we slept well. The bathroom was nice although they do request toilet paper be thrown in the trash can. Overall we very much enjoyed the staff, hotel and location. 」

「Excellent location (close to the cool neighbourhoods of Condesa/Roma and on a busy thoroughfare that puts you virtually on top of a major transport hub. The apartments are super clean, well equipped with all your basic needs for a short or medium length stay and some fun and funky common areas for you to use. The staff are very welcoming and helpful so I recommend highly as an excellent and good value choice for a place in CDMX」

The area Roma Norte is fantastic and safe for walking around and the two bedroom condo was clean and full of amenities. There is even a washer dryer for laundry. We were 100% happy with Residencial Condesa and will return next time in CDMX =)」
