Very hard beds. Desperately needs to install shower heads. Did I mention shower heads? And the heating/AC never worked. As someone that has used Benidorm a few times over the years…I was very disappointed.

Honestamente el hotel está muy bien, buena ubicación. Llegando al hotel un momento antes del check in, súper mala cariento el colaborador de la recepción. En el restaurante me dejaron a media orden. Llegó otra persona del restaurante a rescatar la orden. No creo volver a hospedarme.
