"It was my wife's favorite place on the trip. We loved the area around the hotel. The lobby was great for visiting with our guest. We needed to do laundry and that was readily available. "

"Very conveniently located. Literally next door to both a laundromat and a 7-11, the 2 basic essentials of TW. Restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. There's even a McDonald's, KFC and Starbucks within walking distance if you're needing western food. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free breakfast buffet that has decent food. "

"This isn’t a tourist hotel. It is more for business. If you want to explore Taipei, then you are about an 40 minutes away by car and an hour by train. The amenities are good and the staff is great, very helpful and accommodating "

"Very bad place at the second day for 3 night stay elevator is broke down I’m in 6th floor have to use the stair 6-8 time a day I’m ask to move to lower floor but they said all full who’ll stay in the 6 fl w/o elevator LIAR 😡😡😡"

They were kind enough to arrange transportation and learn about the local culture. I felt so much love and care that i will for sure stay again many times. Air conditioning, I can control using remote. 3 malls near by with restaurant and food courts, so Lunch & dinner, easy to get. Near Taoyuan railway station and near Taoyuan terminal bus stop , few blocks. To take you places ."
