The only two negative issues are that there is no bedside lamp (for getting up at night) and the TV remove control did not work. I would visit Neostay again because it has great value for money and is clean and comfortable. "

We really appreciated that we were given coffee pods rather than instant coffee! The staff were friendly and helpful and the lounge area was nice to relax and have a drink before heading out again!
