The staff were super friendly and welcoming. For our room being right by the street the noise outside was not noticeable. The walking distance to everything around was also helpful since most stops we wanted to visit was a walking distance from the hotel. I would go back if I plan to travel back to Mexico City.

We will definitely be back. Our room was the perfect amount of space. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the air conditioning worked great. No words can express the amount of gratitude we have for the entire staff. They immediately made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Ingrid and Fernanda for giving us great suggestions on food, local markets and tours. They even helped us purchase our tickets for Casa Frida. Thanks again.

Overall it was a nice hotel and I really liked the neighborhood it was in. However, we were on the first floor and it was very loud. There was a street light that came in through the window at night, and the blinds did not cover it - so it was hard to sleep. The people who work at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. However, one day into my stay I receive a text message that the gym was closed for two weeks for maintenance. The gym was one of the reasons I chose the hotel and given that they knew it would be closed, I was very angry that I was not told this in advance. I replied to the text but didn't get a response. I thought this was irresponsible of the hotel and really wish I had been told this in advance.

It worked well. Strange though that in the 5 days we stayed there was no cleaning or new towels. We were told on arrival that we could pay extra for that. Staff were friendly and apartment was pretty comfortable except for a weird constant noise made by a pump behind the bathroom wall.

While the location of this property is great, they need to invest in an elevator. Walking up four flights of stairs after walking around all day is not fun. Also the AC unit should not be over the head of the bed, i felt drops of condensation and had to pay the opposite way. Great property if you’re on a budget and still want to be centrally located.

ULIV Roma Norte es muy cómodo y central en Roma Norte. Cerca de allí hay muchos cafés, restaurantes, pequeñas tiendas y más. Está fue nuestra tercera vez en los hoteles ULIV, si regresamos creo que no escogeré la planta bay, es muy ruidosa y más pequeñas que las demás.

Overall the room was nice. It has a 24 hour concierge that secures the front entrance. There is no elevator, but I stayed on the first floor which was pleasant. It can get loud in the building, but they provide ear plugs. The room is nice and cozy. The only issue I had was the size of the bathroom in my room. It’s very small and there is no bathroom vent, so it gets steamy and wet after taking a shower. The only way to let steam out is to crack the window in the bathroom which faces the front lobby. Overall, it’s a very pleasant place to stay in the heart of everything. A very walkable location in Roma Norte. There’s a fridge in the room and a small burner to cook if you would like to do so. Would stay here again but maybe try a bigger room. If so, I would pack light because you’d have to take your luggage up the stairs.

I am a female that traveled to Mexico City alone. I stayed at ULIV Roma Norte and I very impressed. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the rooftop as well. The best part was the service, everyone that worked there was so kind and generous. I also felt safe walking around the neighborhood. There are a lot of food options nearby
