「We made the mistake of picking the cheapest room, which had only a window into an internal space. We traveled at a hot time of year and we boiled! Do yourself a favor and get a room with a street window. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. We felt safe inside the hotel, but we took a walk and discovered a very sketchy neighborhood just across the street. So get a street-facing room and take a taxi at least to the park if you stay here. 」

「The staff was so welcoming, kind and helpful. Karla and Amado are truly wonderful. Every request I had, they took with a smile and made sure to fulfill. The room was really nice, clean and with all the amenities i need it. Location was great and super accessible. The only issue i had was with some.basic stuff like garbage bags, which i had to ask for every night, or the extra towels or blankets and sheets i needed for the sofa bed.
