I really wanted to give this place a 5 rating as I would definitely go back there, but there are some quirks that would frustrate many folks. I checked in at about 10:30 pm and the guard/watchman immediately handed me a multi-page contract in Spanish to sign. Of course, I signed without reading it. I also handed over my credit card for him to see/copy. Then he gave me an envelope and mentioned that the wifi information was in it. I immediately put it away and the next day took a card out of the envelope with the wifi info. So, my bad for not reading the page that was left inside. I then suffered through not being able to use the safe, having the one bar of soap melt way without being replaced, never having the towels replaced during a 5-nite stay, and being unable to access all the streaming services on the tv, or adjust the volume, or pause etc. Just prior to checking out, I read the page tucked into the envelope and read that the toiletries were complimentary upon arrival, not to be replenished; towels were washed 3Xweek (didn't happen); and instructions for the use of the safe. For the record, they supplied free washers and dryers, and a small but sufficient breakfast every day except Sunday (which could start an hour earlier). Instructions for the tv could have been placed by the tv, the same for the safe, and a note by the toiletries. While the staff were friendly, they appeared to lack the finer points of customer service.
