Second time in Mexico City first time staying in the Roma Norte area. The room was perfect. The location was perfect very nice and very clean and staff was excellent and very accommodating. Next time I will definitely stay here again. Very safe and walkable with plenty of restaurants and stores.Would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay. Would recommend Kukun to friends. The place is super well located, very central and easy. Walking distance to supermarkets, coffee shops, taco places. Great and safe neighborhood. Clean, new, comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and had a great night sleep. I used the gym 3 times and it was also really good. They give you free water bottles upon arrival. My apartment was located away from street noise which for me is super important because I am sensitive to noise and this was great. Could be bettered: -AC can only be set at 21 degrees celcius. This is way too cold for me so unfortunately, it's either freeze or bear the heat. Thankfully it wasn't too hot so I had the AC off most of the time but that was a bummer and something that is easily fixable to make stays better. -There are no yoga mats or mats at all at the gym which I feel is a must at any gym. The gym is great so this is a cheap and easy thing to fix and I wonder why not just get a couple of mats. -Communication was a bit difficult. I texted the number given to me for Whatsapp comunication but never received any replies. I had to ask the person at the front desk to help out with communication because I was not receiving their texts. The person at the front desk is there only for some hours of the day so if you miss them, communication can be hard. Everything else was great.

Great location. Apartment had everything that was needed and was comfortable. While there was security 24 hours a day if you do not speak Spanish there is no one to help with questions or provide assistance.

This property is in prime location! A few problems. The ac is controlled by management. I had to be changed to a new room because the ac did not go any lower than 23C, that’s unacceptable. Then I had to also be changed because the shower would not stop leaking, the whole bathroom and kitchen area would get completed flooded. they sent someone to fix it and it couldn’t be fixed. In the new room the same happened. To make matters worse, All the communication must be through messages. I was told a few times that someone was going to the room to fix the problems and they never showed up. Then I was told that they had already went to the room while I wasn’t there but it was a lie,no one had gone to the room to fix anything. There’s no one you could call or talk to at the property. It is very frustrating. Not being able to actually talk to someone and having to wait for a long time to get a response. We stayed for 12 days, not once did anyone try cleaning our room. I finally had to request for the room to be cleaned after a week. Also. It could get very noisy on The rooms facing the streets. People leaving the bars at late hours could be very very loud.

Nice apartment like rental option. Very nice rooms, small kitchenette and living room. Mini split in each room was a plus, on our second day we had no water at all till 1:00am. That would be the only thing we lacked other than that it was a great stay, nice staff available 24hrs a day in front desk. Easy access. Gym and terrace upstairs, very nice.

I didn’t like the fact that after 4pm you can’t get any help. My friend was very ill from food poisoning and she needed another blanket in the night. Couldn’t get one. The cleaners during the day refused to offer to change towels or even give you more toilet paper without us sending a WhatsApp message to this messaging service. And even when we asked for more towels the night before, we didn’t get any the following day. They had a good gym on the roof but no yoga mats to do any floor stretches. The toilets by the gym had no trash cans to throw out the paper towels. The room had a big tv and the appliances were good but the service was lacking.

Solamente para comentar que tuvimos varios problemas con el aire acondicionado, tiraba agua, cuando en realidad solo lo usábamos poquito tiempo, mojó alguna de nuestras cosas pero nada grave, solo comentarlo para que le den mantenimiento y no ocurra algo peor después .
