This is a very nice property in a quiet, convenient location with easy access to many, many restaurants, other businesses and public transportation. The accommodations were very comfortable and the amenities were generous. This is a perfect place for a couple to stay while visiting Mexico City.

I highly recommend staying here; everything was perfect. Great location on a quiet street in the beautiful Condesa neighborhood with fabulous restaurants right around the corner just 5 minutes walking time. Newly built and very clean with a well equipped kitchen. All this at a fabulous price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d stay there again anytime.

I had a great time during my stay. The rooms were very clean and nice, and the kitchen was well stocked and perfectly capable. The layout of the standard studio was great and the ladies at the front desk were very nice!

Be very careful in the shower. They’re very slippery and dangerous if you’re not paying attention. Otherwise the staff, the entire property and it’s location are spectacular. You’ll love it!

I’ve stayed at several ULIV properties (Roma Norte, Cibeles, Colima, AR218 and Condesa in Mexico City. Exceptional locations, facilities and staff. They run a tight ship so don’t expect customer perks (early or late check-outs, etc.) but definitely worth the price for the level of professionalism and quality.

The room is very comfortable, and the balcony is a nice touch. The location is great very central and convenient. There’s even a small dance studio across the street, which was fun and unexpected! It is Mexico City, so naturally there is some city noise, and you can occasionally hear your neighbors. However, they thoughtfully provide earplugs and a portable fan in addition to the air conditioning unit, which helps. I’m particular about noise and comfort, and I still really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, I felt like I received five-star service!

ULIV condesa exceeded expectations :) the room was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay including extra blankets, safe, kitchen equipment (cutlery, knives, blender, pots and pans), fridge, freezer, microwave, stove. There was also a TV and portable fan to keep the room cool. I found the stay very comfortable and felt very safe the entire time. The area is great and close to many restaurants and shops, right beside a 711 convenience store too. I liked that there was always a security / concierge at the front to greet you and watch who goes in. They are also so friendly and helpful to non-spanish speakers! The amenities were great too. There is a gym that’s small but has what you need, a really nice rooftop, and free washer and dryer services (just need to bring your own detergent!). Highly recommend this place :)

10/10 It was in a great location, and on the same street, there is a 24 hour 7-11 which has alot of things you might need. The Rooms are cozy and have everything you need, but also keep in mind that you only get one free housekeeping cleaning, which means if you want your room to be cleaned another day, you will likely have to pay a little more. The staff is very friendly, and if you need more towels, they will gladly give them to you in exchange for the used ones. Just one recommendation for the owner: the shower door doesn't stop all the water from coming out of the shower. Overall, I would stay here again. Thank you
