Room was large and nicely decorated. Excellent safe location. Free breakfast on roof top was excellent, not your typical free American breakfasts. So many cafes, restaurants, and parks in the area. I would stay here again.

I am bit disappointed with this hotel. It is an average 2-star hotel marketed as 4-star hotel. The location is good and close to the Roma Norte cafes. Staff is okay, interact minimally. They sit with a table and chair near the elevator. Breakfast is very basic with same menu for all 5 nights of my stay. Room was basic but clean and housekeeping did a great job. The ambience/low-ceiling felt bit depressing after returning from a long day every day. Overall, not worth the price. Paid almost $1500 USD for 5 nights when there were luxury apartment available for under $500 USD. Lesson learned. Amazing country though!

Really it was Very Good with minor exceptions based on value for money. Reception is small and dingy. The room photos are better than the real life room. Shower is great. Bed is comfortable and firm. The location cannot be beat and the staff are lovely. Park-facing room is a treat to wake up to. Breakfast is beautifully prepared and delicious served on a lovely rooftop.

Our room and the hotel were immaculate. It’s no frills, but the breakfast every morning was delicious and a great way to start the day (and it goes until 12pm!!!! Amazing for people who like to sleep in!). The location was also INCREDIBLE. Walking distance to everything and perfect for exploring. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend.

We really liked our stay at Hotel Luca. The best feature was the included, excellent little breakfast on the 5th floor terrace that comes with coffee, juice, fresh fruit, and great chilaquiles (or great pancakes if you prefer). It's a nice way to start a day exploring the city. The location is central. In addition to being in the middle of the Roma area and near dozens of good restaurants and cafes, you can also walk to Condessa and the park/museum, and to Centro. The room was clean and housekeeping staff kept it tidy during our stay. The bed was comfy. Check in was smooth and the staff are all really friendly. The downstairs coffee shop is also really good to have on hand.

The hotel was nice. Small boutique hotel with excellent sized rooms. Comfortable bedding. Modern bathroom. My only complaint was with the breakfast. There were only specific things on the menu that were complimentary and the waiter was not clear about the items until the “bill” came. He could have been more transparent about what was included and what was additional. Beware and ask questions

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Luca, especially because of its great location. It was very easy to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and explore the area. Check-in and check-out were simple and went smoothly. We did ask for a late check-out, but were told it would require a half-day charge, even though we were only requesting one additional hour. That was disappointing, as this hasn’t been our experience at other hotels. There were also a few basic amenities we were surprised were not available, such as an iron and ironing board, an ice machine, and access to streaming services like Netflix or Hulu. These are small things, but for the price, we expected them to be included. We were also not informed about the complimentary breakfast during our stay and only learned about it after we had already checked out on our last day. Overall, the stay was nice, but for the cost, we expected a bit more in terms of amenities and clearer communication.
