It is a small guest house with 5 or 6 rooms with no amenities inside them other than tv. Beds could be more comfortable but the place is clean, very well located, staff friendly and helpful and breakfast is very, very good

Este mensaje es para el dueño del hotel. Estoy segura que si le hubieran comentado mi sugerencia al dueño del hotel; el hubiera optado por servicio al cliente y hubiera ofrecido otra recámara limpia. Aquí la decisión la tomaron los encargados en turno y prefirieron mentir y decirme que no sería nada por la noche de habitación y por cortesía de lo sucio que encontré la habitación tanto la cama como regadera; Me dejaron ir sin pagar la noche. Mi sorpresa fue que utilizaron mi tarjeta de crédito y se cobraron seis noches. Esto es una acto muy deshonesto. Servicio al cliente y honestidad son valores importantes. Espero que este mensaje nos sirva a todos los dueños de hoteles y AirB&b. Una sugerencia siempre es para crecer siempre es oportunidad para mejorar. Claro. Siempre y cuando esté dentro de los parámetros. En este incidente incómodo, se les hizo fácil mentir y decirme que era cortesía la noche y me cobraron seis noches utilizando mi tarjeta sin mi autorización. Apoyemosnos unos a los otros para ir creando un mundo con más armonía y honestidad Las fotos las tomaron los que estaban en turno. Del mold en regadera y de la cama. Casa Luciana was one of the most memorable places I’ve ever stayed. If you’re looking for a large hotel with restaurants, a gym, and endless amenities, this isn’t it—and that’s exactly what makes it so special. With only a handful of beautifully designed rooms, it feels much more like staying in an elegant private home than a traditional hotel. The atmosphere is peaceful, intimate, and incredibly welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring Mexico City. The food was delicious, and the massages were absolutely perfect. What truly sets Casa Luciana apart is the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Their warmth, kindness, and attention to detail created an experience that felt personal rather than transactional. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and every space reflects thoughtful design and understated luxury. We especially loved how quiet the property was while still being in the heart of La Condesa, one of the most charming neighborhoods in Mexico City. Casa Luciana is truly a hidden gem in Mexico City. If you’re looking for a large luxury hotel with a gym, multiple restaurants, and endless amenities, this isn’t that—and that’s exactly why we loved it. Casa Luciana feels like staying in your own beautiful home. It’s peaceful, intimate, elegant, and incredibly welcoming. Instead of feeling like just another guest, we felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s home. What makes this place so special is the people. While it’s a small boutique hotel, the staff is absolutely exceptional. They are available whenever you need them day or night, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Every interaction felt genuine, thoughtful, and personal. Their hospitality is truly unmatched. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and comfortable, and the location in Condesa is perfect for exploring one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City. After a day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. We also enjoyed several meals at the hotel, and every one was delicious. The food was fresh, beautifully prepared, and exceeded our expectations. We also treated ourselves to massages jacuzzi and they were absolutely incredible professional, relaxing, and one of the highlights of our stay. We honestly fell in love with Casa Luciana. As we were directed to a room that wasn’t what we had booked, we checked our reservation through Expedia and approached Josee about the issue. He promptly explained what had happened and corrected the issue. Josee truly made the start of our stay a wonderful experience. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help immediately turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive one. Casa Luciana will definitely be our choice on our next trip to CDMX, and we’ll be recommending it to our friends, family, and fellow travelers. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We look forward to visiting again!

This is an amazing place to stay. Excellent location, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff are extremely friendly. They took time to help us with our Spanish and made us feel at home. The location is as good as it gets in a green leafy area full of restaurants. We would go back.

Casa Luciana is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location. We enjoyed being able to walk to most places, while staying on a quiet street. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they serve an excellent made to order breakfast with many options. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is wifi was not great a couple of nights.

The room was very nice as was the lobby and breakfast room. The rooftop terrace and jacuzzi were dirty. We thought the jacuzzi wasn't in service as it had no water and was very dirty. The checkin was unfriendly and no information at all was provided. There were a couple of small signs in Spanish and English advising of the wifi, a free drink on arrival and to give 15 minutes advance notice to use the terrace and jacuzzi. But zero verbal greeting or information. Nothing was ever volunteered by the staff, we always had to ask - even at breakfast for things like juice. Often there was no staff around when you needed something such as when we left our suitcases with the hotel on check out and came back later to get them. We had to go up floor by floor to find someone to get our suitcases. It is a lovely space but not the service we expected for the price.

The staff was wonderful here! I had mentioned that it was my birthday when I arrived and they remembered! I was treated with un globito in my room and they sang happy birthday to me at breakfast! So very nice of them. The location in La Condesa is very central and easy Uber rides to all tourist spots. The hotel also was well maintained and tastefully decorated. I would recommend to everyone and would stay here again on my next visit.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The hotel and rooms are stunning, with very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and TVs. The rooftop area is fantastic, and we enjoyed using the hot tub. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. We had a great stay.

Communication was terrible. I tried to contact them through various different means over several months beforehand and got no response. I then had to have guests who were leaving let us in upon arrival as we were stuck on the street with no comms as to how to get in. The room itself was nice (though freezing) and the staff were very friendly. However, again, there was a major communication issue the day we were leaving. We stored bags and made clear we would be back at 9pm however on our return the staff on shift had not been made aware of this and the masseuses had locked our bags in the room they were working in and refused to open the door. The poor staff member tried but they outright ignored him. Why on earth these people did not apply common sense and remove the bags beforehand is beyond me. It took over an hour of us pleading and trying to get the bags to the point they were asking if we could get our commercial flight moved back an hour?? We finally got our bags and luckily managed to get our bags checked in at the airport after explaining the situation. This was beyond ridiculous and despite being a great place on the face of it, the horrific communication means I would not recommend this to others.
