Great place to stay with your family. I went with my 17-year-old and 20 year-old daughters. There was 24 hour concierge service, completely safe. It was a beautiful two bedroom condo., room service every day and just an overall positive experience. We didn’t rent a car so easy access to Uber rides and 10 minutes away from Polanco and Roma.

Our suite was comfortable for four friends travelling together. There was ample room, dining and kitchen areas. The staff was friendly and accommodating and Martha (concierge) was readily available to answer questions via WhatsApp. We loved how modern everything was and enjoyed being in the Condesa neighbourhood.

Modern, clean, and perfectly located!

The apartment hotel rooms were perfect for our family of 4. The furniture was all very stylish, and the layout was great. The front door staff was amazingly helpful, and Martha was very responsive via text when we reached out. All around, a great stay!

Worth the stay

Amazing property in CDMX. Close to the nightlife and food. Great customer service. I’ve stayed at other properties around CDMX and this is by far one of the nicest! Definitely will be back.

Absolutely loved our stay at Leonora, Martha was soo helpful and kind, as was all of the staff! They were prompt with any requests and made our stay pleasant! The area was safe, nice and not too noisey with several restaurants in walking distance! Will def stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting CDMX!!

The 2-bedroom apartment was large and very clean. Modern with nice amenities like a fully stocked kitchen. The staff were welcoming and helpful. There is a lovely rooftop patio and a jacuzzi that you can reserve. Great stay!

True 5 star experience. The hotel is small and cozy, but rooms are very spacious. It is very modern, clean, quiet. Staff are wonderful (especially housekeeping and doorman Rodrigo). Walking distance to good restaurants, if you like Japanese check out Fugu Sushi which 4 mins away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great stay in La Condesa

Really great stay in a very nice apartment. Martha and the staff were all extremely helpful and she had many restaurant recommendations in la Condesa. All of them great. Property is in a perfect location with easy access to Polanco, Roma and the big local park, Chapultepec. Would recommend and stay here again!

Luxury Experience

Amazing stay and experience. The boutique is very clean and always smells nice. Location is in the heart of La Condesa and you have an endless number of restaurants and attractions to visit. The staff from Sergio to Martha and everyone else are incredible. If you enjoy a luxurious experience with an intimate feel then this should be your go-to.

Our stay at Leonora was superb! We arrived later at night due to our flight time and the check in process was smooth. The night staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service from the start. Our host was also friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Check out was also smooth and seamless. Our family stayed for a long weekend and each of us was extremely satisfied with our stay. 10/10 would stay again.

As our first time in Mexico City we were unsure of where to stay. This area was recommended to us due to it being in a safer zone. However, our trip was mostly for shopping & the area was rather far from all the main shopping centers. Traffic held us back at least 30 minutes each trip. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. We just weren’t too fond of the area.

A beautiful and luxurious stay! There is 24 hour staff that was always very helpful and kind. We had 3 bedroom and 2 baths and there was plenty of room in the living space to eat and lounge in. They also had an in-unit laundry and dryer, which was a plus. Daily cleaning was included. The unit was very clean. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to anyone! We will be looking to book with Viadora in the future!

The perfect place

Beautiful place ! And in an amazing location! The beds have got to be the most comfortable beds i have slept in while traveling ! The staff is super welcoming and helpful. If you are trying to party in your room this is not the place for you but we had an epic weekend and this place was perfect! Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is what we stayed in with 2 restrooms ! Close to so many restaurants i didn’t pay more then $12 for an Uber all weekend. About a 25 min walk to the angel de la independencia and 8-12 min drive. About 19 min Uber to Polanco.

The accommodations were exceptional, comfortably housing our group of eight. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the decor added to the overall charm and comfort of our stay. The location of Leonora on Zamora 70 is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. Whether we were exploring the city or simply relaxing, everything we needed was conveniently close by. Our experience was so positive that we are already planning our return trip. We can't wait to stay at Leonora on again and enjoy the excellent service and beautiful accommodations. Highly recommended!
