「The stay was absolutely perfect! Location was great and it was super clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly as well.」

「Everything about this hotel was great, with the exception of the fact that it is surrounded by heavily trafficked roads and highways. We stayed in this area for 2 weeks because it was close to family. The rooms were upgraded and modern. AC worked great. Our bathroom was large and shower was 5 star. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, unfortunately, I did not get their names. Breakfast although, the same everyday, was get with loads of choices. Itzel and Michelle in the cafe were so pleasant...

Located in Juarez, a neighborhood that’s really growing and becoming one of the most exciting areas in the city. It’s the perfect place to stay and the sushi downstairs is amazing.」

「Well I thought I had a great stay, but soon after noticed my security deposit was never returned. I contacted the hotel to have it corrected but the staff erroneously claimed I had stolen 2 glasses and 2 blankets?! That absolutely did not happen. They have thus far refused to return my deposit. I don't know who to blame, but someone there is running a scam. Do not give your money to this hotel.」

No nosso quarto o box estava vazando água durante o banho e molhava todo o chão do banheiro. Tem um Frigobar e cápsulas de café, porém não tem informação de preço, nada, em lugar nenhum. 「Really enjoyed my stay at Casa Decu. The location is excellent — perfect for exploring Condesa and Roma, with loads of great food and drink options nearby. The hotel itself is very clean, and the decor is lovely with a nice character to it. Staff were also consistently friendly and helpful.
