EL Hotel esta super lindo, moderno, muy limpio, agradable, me parecio economico, buen wifi, esta muy cerca de la alameda, de bellas artes. sali a caminar y sin mas ya estaba ahi, hay muchas tiendas, restaurantes, el metro muy cerca, tambien a 3 cuadras, y ya te conectas con todo. y lo mejor el hotel tiene servicio de taxi al aeropuerto me cobraron 280 pesos en un buen vehiculo. toda mi experiencia fue genial, ahh y el bufete desayuno muy rico tambien. super recomendado.

Poor customer service. They didn’t want to honor the free drinks given. They complain about noise during the day. Keys kept getting deactivated during stay. The breakfast staff was rude and kept confusing guests and interrupting breakfast with family and friends making it seem like we had already ate when we were just arriving. We only ate twice due to poor breakfast options.

The room was very clean and the property is a modern boutique hotel. The breakfast was not very good but there are plenty of food options close by. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are small but efficient.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Bett komfortabel. Das einzige, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war das Frühstück. Es sieht auf den Fotos ansprechender aus als es ist und schmeckt. Rundum empfehlen wir das Hotel weiter.

There was no wifi in the room. We could not watch Netflix; kids could not do home work; I could not do office work. Also one morning the cafeteria guys followed me and asked to pay for 1 extra person where we booked the hotel forb4 person and ate 4 person. That was very humiliating

We arrived very late and the room they gave us faced an alley where they were unloading a truck at 5 AM. We asked if they could move us for the next night and they gave us an interior room which was also an upgrade. The rooms are modern, clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the breakfast and it was in the restaurant which gave everyone lots of room to eat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A plus for me was they had an expresso machine in the lobby. The location of the hotel is pretty good.We used public transit and ride share to get around. I would definitely stay at the Kali again.

The property is nicely updated, the breakfast service was great and the personnel was helpful and friendly. The only thing that could improve is that complimentary coffee machine that was in the lobby area was broken after our first night and was not repaired within our entire stay.
