Excellent stay at the Canada Central and Rooftop. The rooms are European style, meaning they are small, however you are not there to stay in your room! The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. One of the outstanding features of the hotel was its rooftop cafe with great views of the historical part of Mexico City. Location was great, lots of restaurants and shops to visit if you want. The staff were friendly and helpful! From check in to check out everything was great. And it had one of the best breakfasts I have experienced in a very long time.

Booked a single double bed for 2, both the room & bathroom were spotless - just be aware that the rooms are much smaller than displayed. The walls are fairly thin so you can hear those next to you, but the location itself is fairly quiet despite being right downtown. The showers have the best water pressure however the bathroom can very easily turn into a pool if you’re not careful as the shower itself is very small which results in water spraying everywhere very easily. Front desk staff & cleaners were lovely. Breakfast was also very nice! We checked out early due to our flight and there was some confusion with the payment, which required a few extra steps on my part. I guess their normal payment system was down. Instead of my card being charged automatically upon arrival, I had to fill out a link with my payment information via WhatsApp. Seemed a little sketchy at first however everything went through with no red flags! Would stay again.

Rating 2 stars because the staff were excellent and always did their best to help. The room was clean. But this is the worst location for a hotel. It seems like a genuine mistake that a hotel would be here. Right outside the rooms is a nightclub that opens and starts BLASTING music at around 5pm, and doesnt stop until 2-3am. I am an extremely heavy sleeper and usually am not bothered with noise, ive slept in many big noisy cities and been fine. But this hotel also seems to have no sound proofing. So it sounds like you are sleeping directly in the club because of the reverberations in the walls. I can also hear the sounds of all the other guests but thats not as big of an issue. If id known i wouldn't be able to sleep until 3am, i wouldn't have booked this hotel. Its also in a pretty unsafe location compared to other parts of mexico city, but again the staff did kick out anyone suspicious and did their best to keep people safe

The elevator only fitted 4 people, the people that worked in the breakfast buffet were not the best, and the people that worked the cafeteria not the friendliest. It was always hard to get coffee and they would run out of food for breakfast

No tengo queja alguna del hotel, al contrario me sorprendieron de la mejor manera siendo amables, atentos, cumplieron con todo lo que se ofrece y dieron más, recomiendo el hotel por completo. Es un gran servicio. Las camas son cómodas, la habitación limpia, el área de la terraza es hermosa y una gran ubicación, muy cerca del centro y accesible a todos los puntos turísticos.

Todo excelente! El mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado, excelente ubicación, en el puro corazón del centro histórico, la atención del personal es increíble, todos muy amables y atentos; el servicio incluido de alimentos es genial, las instalaciones muy limpias y en excelentes condiciones, las áreas de lobby y cafetería muy bonitas y cómodas. Las habitaciones muy agradables, limpias, muy buena higiene. Totalmente recomendable!!

Excellent five day stay, highly recommended and I would definitely stay again. Party of six adults, great location, staff was courteous and attentive. Breakfast was good every day the extra amenities such as bottle water, national beer and snacks 24 hours was a pleasant and surprising bonus which was an excellent way to end our evenings.

Esteban and Miguel were amazing, they made me feel safe and welcomed. They would always help and support me when needed. Also the restaurant staff is so kind and attentive. I highly recommend staying in this location mostly everything is walking distance.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were small but very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and the snacks throught the day and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. While the wait for the elevator could sometimes be an inconvenience, we were grateful to have the facility available.

Hotel Canadá Central is an awesome starting point for any sightseeing adventure—just two blocks from the Zócalo, so you can roll out of bed and straight into the heart of the city. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very attentive throughout my visit. Alicia, the housekeeper, did an excellent job tidying up my room every day—I always returned to fresh, laundered towels and a spotless space. Every morning I was greeted with a friendly “Buenos días,” which made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The 24-hour cafeteria was a lifesaver when I came back late from a full day of sightseeing. And the morning buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious—great way to start each day. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return! --- Hotel Canadá Central es un excelente punto de partida para cualquier aventura turística: a solo dos cuadras del Zócalo, así que puedes levantarte y salir directo al corazón de la ciudad. ¡Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este hotel! Lovely hotel with friendly and accomodating staff. Special shout out to the room service staff for cleaning my room everyday and providing me with fresh linen and water bottles. I really appreciate their fastidiousness. The inclusive breakfast and free of cost cafe foods + water really helped too when I couldn't go out or was too tired at the end of the day. The view from their cafe balcony is gorgeous. Would definitely be coming back. Thank you for making my stay in your beautiful city so comfortable and pleasant!
