「The property is beautiful with an amazing courtyard and in a perfect location. We are unsure if there are house rules (quiet hours to enable guests to sleep) and if anyone enforces them or just got unlucky with inconsidearate guests in other apratments.」

「The location is 10 out of 10. The hotel is very clean and staff is super friendly. The design of the hotel is very minimal but very cozy. The only downside there are no windows in some of the rooms so there’s not much natural lighting but if you’re not looking to stay in the hotel all day, it’s perfect. 」

「Truly a beautiful place. I stayed in the Leonora room. Not sure if it’s mentioned in the listing but there is no TV or refrigerator which is not a big deal at all. There is a fridge with cold drinks near the common area. My host was so sweet and everyone looking after the house is very nice and accommodating. Thank you! 」

「Loved this place. So quiet at night. Comfortable big bed. Spotless room. Super shower and bathroom. Friendly little family team. Breakfasts were excellent - always fruit, fruit juice, coffee (or tea), toast/pastries and something cooked - we had something different every day of the week. We enjoyed reading and relaxing on the roof terrace. Nice location in Condesa, near Roma. Highly recommend and would come again. Thank you. 」
