「No tiene estacionamiento, todo esta bien en cuanto al personal, limpieza y amenidades, pero no es como se muestra en las fotos, ya que muestran las habitaciones con balcon o terraza y llegando me pusieron en una habitación que no tenia nada que ver con las imagenes, no tenia ni una ventana y el gerente nos dijo que las imagenes son solo para que veas las demas que tienen pero te dan las que ellos quieren; si quieres cambiar tiene elevado costo extra.」

「So those of you that read my reviews know I travel for a living, and I work in the hotel industry… This may be my new favourite hotel. I could write a book on this property and how it is the absolute model of how to design, build and operate a luxury hotel. So firstly, good luck finding it, this place is SO exclusive there’s no name on the building and you have to hunt it out, it’s worth the trouble. The bar / restaurant - beautiful, epic team that literally nothing is too much trouble...

「Polanco is the best part of Mexico City! It’s totally safe to walk around. The building is very quiet. Front desk staff are super helpful! We had the two bedroom unit, which is very spacious! The kitchen is big and convenient. Since our unit is right above the Main Street, we could hear some noise at night and early morning. In general this is a great stay! Thank you!」

「This was the ideal place to stay in Mexico City. The apartment was so quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive to all our needs. We went to the restaurant Toscano Polanco just down the street four times because it was so good as was the popular yogurt place next door. The neighborhood, which online was called the Beverly Hills of Mexico City, matched the billing. So safe and clean.」
