The hallways were beautiful, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by delicious restaurants and beautiful walkways. It was a perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit it again!

Very spacious and comfortable suite. Staff was very helpful and nice. There is a Starbucks at entrance and a great local coffee shop/bakery next door. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Condesa is a great neighborhood, and a reasonable walk to Roma Norte, another great neighborhood, as well as the big park and museums. The rooftop deck is really nice too.

Room was very clean at arrival and remained that way after cleaning staff came every day. The staff were all incredibly helpful and always welcoming. There were many appliances in the kitchen that made it possible to cook food. Water was always accessible. Air conditioning worked well to cool the room when shades were also put down.
