「Je vais commencer par 2 points négatifs : -la piscine n'est pas chauffée au mois d'avril impossible de se baigner - le toboggan n'a été fonctionnel que le premier jour - fuite d'eau dans la chambre Points positifs : - buffet très varié - les animations du soir ont été une très agréable surprise - situation géographique de l'hôtel pour visiter l'île - équipement pour les enfants :3 piscines, parc de jeux, city stade ... Je recommande pour des séjours famille」

「Lovely bedroom, clean and comfortable, decent breakfast (continental mainly) and gorgeous setting. Well placed for local walks, location pretty insignificant and no facilities at hotel to relax or sit outside when weather tricky, which was most days because we encountered bad weather. If you are happy walking every day in any kind of weather this is for you. 」

「There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see.」

「Das Hotel wurde erst 2024 eröffnet und befindet sich entsprechend in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, modern gestaltet und vermittelt insgesamt einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Pools, von denen einige beheizt sind – das war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr angenehm. Der Blick auf das Meer und den Tide auf Teneriffa ist großartig und ein echtes Highlight. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und gut...

「Most people didn’t seem to have AI and so certain items not an available and pool bar / resturant menu fairly restrictive. Plenty activities and animation team activities. Tennis courts no longer exist which was a shame - 1squash court available. Pool areas wonderful loads of beds but busy. Nice thick cushions. All staff in all areas were very helpful and friendly. 」

「The property was good, and the staff could not be more welcoming. I feel i made a mistake booking this hotel however, as the area is quite noisy. I also found the bloke who does the water aerobics unnecessarily loud. With maybe a hundred people relaxing around the pool, the noise he and his music makes for 4 or 5 participants was disproportionate and really spoiled my otherwise peaceful reading/relaxation time. Good hotel, but I won’t visit again.」
