「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「A beautiful resort with incredibly attentive, and helpful staff. The only possible crituque is that our air con wasnt very powerful, however i struggle to find any orher fault. A fantastic property that i would definitly revist!」

「Lovely hotel and staff. Ongoing upgrade to rooms meant a lot of noise during the day. Staff were excellent 」

「Lily, the concierge, was very helpful in suggesting an excellent restaurant. This is a no frills hotel, nicely located near the ferry, has really good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. I would stay here again if I were passing through.」
