"I enjoyed my stay nice n quiet "

"The hotel looked like it was brand new. The room was clean and fresh. Housekeeping and front desk staff were outstanding. Great coffee machine with options for cappuccino's, vanilla lattes, regular coffee, Americano's and vanilla cappuccino's. Best hotel coffee ever. Also 24-7 soft ice cream dispenser. Breakfast attendant kept everything stocked."

"Service to the room was terrible. One clerk told us she was managing the hotel by herself, another told she was running back and forth from the Courtyard Marriott to the Residence managing it. We requested a pack n play, extra towels, and pillows two days prior to check in. Nothing was done or there. Living room tv didn’t work. They didn’t have staff to bring basics to the room so we had to get everything ourselves. Tried to tell the general manager and he blamed it on us saying we checked in early and did not. Floored. He then hung up on me. Will never visit this hotel again."

"Really liked everything about the place except the room we stayed in was so noisy. We could hear every toilet flush and water moving Through the ceiling and walls like we were next to the main pipes. It made constant noise and made it so hard to ever settle to fall asleep and I usually have no issues with hotel noises. Breakfast was good and rotates daily which was nice for us being there several days. Staff were friendly. Location is wonderful."

"Staff was exceptional. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the room was not clean at all. The stove and countertops had dried up food on them and the outside of the refrigerator did as well. There were sometimes clothes behind the dresser in one room and there was a lid and straw behind the TV in the living area. The floors were filthy. My granddaughter took her shoes off and had brand new socks on, the bottom of her socks were black within a few seconds of walking on the floor. "

"The room was clean, Staff was Excellent. Great place to do Laundry and use the Gym. Breakfast was Excellent and the Staff was wonderful. Love that there were plenty of restaurants, in walking distance. Excellent!!! Walmart, & other stores were also in Walking distance. as well. "

"The air conditioning was great, especially after coming back in from the zoo. The room was clean, had a kuerig, microwave and a fridge. No fitness center or laundry facility. The staff was great, except for when we asked for an extra pillow, waited for over 2 hours and it never arrived. "
